So your KLR650 sat up for a few months with ethanol gas and now it won't run right? Or has it been sitting for 10 years in the shed and you want to bring it back to life? You may have tried taking the bowl off and spraying some carb cleaner in there with no success. Whatever the story, we've got you covered.

This price includes the labor and parts for a typical rebuild. We replace the bowl o-ring, mixture screw o-ring, and float valve with NEW, OEM parts and clean every other component with an ultrasonic cleaner, inspect every orifice, jet, component, and reassemble. In the event your carb has a missing or damaged part that needs replacing we will contact you with a price before proceeding. We probably already have it in stock. If you chose any upgrades we install those as well.

Step 1 - Place carburetor inside of a zip-lock style bag and package it well in a box and send to the following address(make sure to get tracking #):

Step 3 - If you carburetor were to need any additional parts we will invoice you for those (air cutoff valve is the most common).

Step 4 - Wait for your carb to return ready to install!

On upgrades like the Eagle Mike KLX jet kit, easy adjust mixture screw, or SS screw kit there is no additional labor cost, only the cost of the parts.

We only need your carburetor. We do not need your fuel line, cables, or other items that are not part of the carburetor. We are not responsible for keeping up with items like this that are sent with the carb.

The shipping you pay on this order is for the return shipping of the carburetor, choose whatever service you prefer.
